Publication number: 20240112809Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for generating a statistical parameter representing a state of a surgical procedure from sensor data. Sensor data representing a time period. is received from a sensor. Numerical features representing the time period are generated from the sensor data. Each of a plurality of long short term memory units are updated according to the plurality of numerical features via a message passing process. The long short term memory units are connected to form a graph, with a first set of the long short term memory units representing a plurality of nodes of the graph and a second set of the long short term memory units representing a plurality of hyperedges of the graph. A statistical parameter representing a state of the surgical procedure for the time period is derived from an output of one of the long short term memory units and provided to a user.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 28, 2022Publication date: April 4, 2024Inventors: Ozanan R. Publication number: 20240089185Abstract: Example embodiments involve a metrics collection system for collecting software usage metrics from one or more client devices at deployments. A computer, such as a server configured to execute the metrics collection system, collects software usage metrics (e.g., as a metrics submission from a client device) of the software product at the deployment, identifies a metrics type of the software usage metrics collected, assigns the software usage metrics to a metrics category, and calculates and updates a metrics score of the metrics category, based on the software usage metrics collected.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 21, 2023Publication date: March 14, 2024Applicant: Palantir Technologies Inc.Inventors: Cody Moore, Yiwei Gao, Andrew Colombi, David Karesh, William Ward, Alexander Ince-Cushman, Mohammad Bukhari, Daniel Kozlowski, Jason Richardson

Publication number: 20230347629Abstract: In some embodiments a Stand Up Pouch (SUP) is prepared using a polyethylene structure having a first web and a second web. The webs are laminated together to form the polyethylene structure that is used to prepare the SUP. One web contains a layer of recycled polyethylene (r.PE). In some instances, the use of r.PE has been observed to reduce the effectiveness of the sealant layer of the overall structure. In some embodiments, the SUP disclosed herein has a two layer sealant system to mitigate this problem.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 14, 2020Publication date: November 2, 2023Applicant: NOVA CHEMICALS (INTERNATIONAL) S.A.Inventors: Robert Clare, Ian Gibbons, Daniel Ward, Allister Davey

Patent number: 11669549Abstract: Representative embodiments disclose mechanisms for data and identity migration, such as from an on-premises environment to a cloud environment. The system comprises multiple data collectors, each tailored to collect data from a data source. In a representative example, data collectors for a source application, a source identity repository and a target identity repository are utilized. Once the data is collected, it is stored in a database and methods are used to identify correlations (i.e., matches) between the source application data, the source identity repository data and the target identity repository data. The correlations are memorialized and presented to a user for rationalization. The process is stateful so that prior decisions are remembered. Once the user is satisfied with the rationalization, the system exports files that are consumed by a migration process to perform the actual data migration.Type: GrantFiled: May 24, 2021Date of Patent: June 6, 2023Assignee: Microsoft Technology Licensing, LLCInventors: Jerry Kane Orman, Seth Scruggs, Balakrishnan Shanmugam, Shopen Patel, Joel Tipke, Ulric Tyson Dihle, Nicholas Claunch, Ralph Foster, Chrystal Danielle Comley, Daniel Ward, Peter Theeuwen, Jacob Orchard
