  • Patent number: 12683304
Abstract: A contact spring assembly for the self-locking contacting of a wire (28) of an electrical conductor includes a support wall (24) made of a conductive material and a contact spring (10). The contact spring (10) has a base leg (20) held stationary with respect to the support wall and a clamping leg (18) which, together with the support wall (24), forms an insertion receptacle (26) for the wire (28) of the conductor. The insertion receptacle is tapered in the insertion direction. The base leg (20) of the contact spring transitions into a holding leg (22? 22?), which is inserted into a receiving shaft (30) stationary with respect to the support wall (24) and has two detent projections (38), which protrude perpendicularly to the base leg in opposite directions and are locked to mating contours (34) on the walls of the receiving shaft.

  • Patent number: 12658640
Abstract: A locking device for line connectors includes a first housing (10) and a second housing (12) that can be placed against one another in an engagement direction (A). A set of resilient locking tabs (26) are held on the first housing (10) by fastening elements and can be latchingly locked on locking projections (32) of the second housing (12). A release ring (38) can be slid on the housings (10, 12) in the engagement direction (A) and that has release slopes (42) for transferring the locking tabs (26) into a released position. The fastening elements and the locking projections (32) are in the form of pins (24, 34) that are set in peripheral walls of the two housings (10, 12).

  • Patent number: 12640502
Abstract: A contact spring arrangement includes a carrier structure which has a support wall made of a conductive material. A contact spring has a base limb, held in a fixed position with respect to the support wall, and a clamping limb which, together with the support wall, forms a plug socket narrowing in the insertion direction for a core of an electrical conductor. A release member is guided displaceably in a guide body in the insertion direction with respect to the support wall and has an actuation arm which, in a release position, engages on a flank of the clamping limb facing towards the plug socket and holds the clamping limb, counter to the spring force, in a position bent back towards the base limb. The carrier structure forms a stop which limits the range of movement of the release member in the insertion direction.
