Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods, and computer program products to optimize a performance of an application by monitoring and measuring health and usage of the application. In some embodiments, the system is configured to receive application statistics associated with an application, wherein the application statistics comprise at least one of a user capacity and a utilization capacity; monitor in real-time, the usage statistics associated with the application over a predetermined period of time; determine that the application is being over-utilized based on at least comparing the application statistics with the usage statics; and re-allocate at least one of a number of active users, a number of active reports, and a number of active documents based on at least determining that the application is being over-utilized.
