The pump mechanism can include a housing comprising a cavity; a tubing track arranged in the cavity, the tubing track having a curved surface inward from the housing; a tubing arranged in proximity to the curved surface of the tubing track; a rotor assembly arranged inward from the curved surface and the tubing, the rotor assembly comprising a rotor and a first roller in contact with the tubing, the first roller compressing the tubing to reduce fluidic communication between a first end and a second end of the tubing; a motor in operable communication with the rotor assembly; and a computing device configured to control a rotational speed of the rotor based on a velocity of a tool center point (TCP) of the robot.

A method includes a robot instructed to traverse a surface of the target object from the starting position and obtain sensor input from a sensor system of the robot using a first trajectory specified by a CAD file for the target object. Sensor input that includes a first height to the target object, a width of the seam, and a depth of the seam may be received. A second trajectory may be generated for traversing the surface of the target object and that modifies the first trajectory based on the sensor input. The robot may be instructed to move to the starting position and traverse the surface of the target object using the second trajectory and apply a sealant to the seam.

    Abstract: An improved technique involves sending a user's authentication information to a local authentication device that computes a risk score and sends the risk score to a remote authentication server that determines whether the user is able to be authenticated. When the user makes an authentication or transaction request from an electronic device such as a computer or smartphone, the electronic device sends predictor values such as geo location and wireless signal strength to the local authentication device. The local authentication device then computes a risk score based on the received predictor values and historical predictor values. The local authentication device sends this risk score to a remote authentication server which determines from this risk score and other factors whether the user is able to be authenticated.

A passcode is presented to the host device responsive to a successful authentication of the other device, the passcode being utilizable to authenticate to a resource protected by the other device.

    Abstract: A technique involves the use of an electronic device having a real-time clock (RTC) circuit. In particular, the technique involves obtaining an RTC value from the RTC circuit. The RTC value is based on a previous time value and being arranged to represent current time. The technique further involves generating an adjustment factor arranged to adjust for imperfection in an oscillator of the RTC circuit, and providing a new time value based on the RTC value and the adjustment factor. The new time value represents current time at least as accurately as the RTC value.

    Abstract: An event-photo-retrieval system and method has at least one event camera (1), a central database (3), an event-photograph selector (5) and a purchase terminal (6) which are programmed electronically. The event camera includes a digital camera which, for each event attendee (15), quantizes gestalt individual features for programmed face recognition software. The attendee photograph with face recognition software programming is digitized and transmitted to the central database. The event camera photographs event activities for providing event photographs (29) that include event groups (30), event attendees, and event-scenery photographs (10). With the event-photograph selector, event photographs are selectable by the individual attendee in accordance with face recognition software programming. With the purchase terminal, the event attendee actuates a credit-card purchase of any event photographs selected accordingly.
