Abstract: A system for location risk determination and ranking based on vehicle events and/or an accident database includes an interface and a processor. The interface is configured to receive accident data and/or event data. The processor is configured to determine a set of incident groups, wherein an incident group of the set of incident groups is associated with a set of accidents of the accident data and/or a set of events of the event data that are grouped by location proximity. The processor is further configured to determine a set of traffic estimations, wherein a traffic estimation of the set of traffic estimations is associated with the incident group of the set of incident groups; and determine a ranking of the set of incident groups based at least in part on the set of accidents, the set of events, and the set of traffic estimations.

Abstract: A system and method is provided that enables a Web site to receive and process e-mails. Authorized users of and e-mail enabled modules of the Web site are capable of receiving e-mails sent to the Web site. E-mails sent to the Web site are archived in the Web site. E-mails directed to the Web site are automatically embedded with links leading to the Web site. Repetitive information such as reply history in e-mails is trimmed and placeholders are provided for missing e-mails in a discussion thread.

Abstract: A system and method is provided to enable an e-mail to display a Web-based form. A definition concerning an e-mail address may include form schema owned by a Web site. Alternatively, the definition may contain a link to a Web service that provides the form schema. An e-mail client may download the form schema from the Web service, preferably along with additional data such as information concerning previous e-mails sent to the e-mail address, a FAQ list concerning an e-mail distribution list if the e-mail address represents the e-mail distribution list, etc. The Web site owning the form schema may receive and process e-mail containing the form according to the metadata of the Web-based form.
