Abstract: The present invention provides a sign holder including a front panel and rear panel, the two panels each having at least one opening therein. At least one fastener and coupling are also provided, the fastener being adapted to be inserted through the openings in the two panels and the coupling being adapted to adjustably, threadably engage the fastener. By use of this fastener and coupling arrangement, the front and rear panels are securely held to one another such that a sign may be contained therebetween. It is preferred that the coupling further serve to maintain the sign holder in an upright position.
