Abstract: Shoe insert devices that absorb shock and that redistribute forces within a user's foot and/or knee during use are disclosed. The shoe insert devices comprise a hindfoot insert portion configured to be positioned within a shoe and extend beneath a hindfoot portion of a sole of a foot of the user with a top side of the hindfoot insert portion facing the sole. The hindfoot insert portion is resilient at least in a thickness direction extending between the top and bottom sides thereof. The hindfoot insert portion comprises a fascia projection extending upwardly from the top surface positioned medially between medial and lateral sides of the hindfoot insert portion and being spaced distally from the proximal end, and a lateral projection extending at least one of upwardly from the top surface and downwardly from the bottom surface positioned proximate to the lateral side and distal to the fascia projection.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides on-demand agent dispensing patches, kits and related methods. A flexible patch is configured to provide on-demand dispensing of the agent via compression of the patch. The patch comprises: an adhesive layer to removably couple the patch to a surface; at least one reservoir layer overlying the adhesive layer configured to absorb and retain the agent therein; at least one dispenser layer overlying the at least one reservoir layer comprising a plurality of solid portions and an array of a plurality of openings configured to inhibit evaporation of the agent and control a flow of the agent therefrom upon the compression of the patch; and at least one backer layer between the adhesive layer and the at least one reservoir layer being substantially impervious to the agent. The at least one reservoir layer may be void of the agent, which may be provided in a container.

The bass driver is placed behind or over the ear to provide a high quality bass output while the treble driver is placed so as to extend in proximity to the user's ear canal. The malleable, yet stiff, tubing enables a user to bend the earpiece and thereby position the earpiece comfortably and securely around the user's ear and to optimally position the drivers in the desired positions around the user's ear. The tubing also allows the earpiece, when not in use, to be reshaped for easy storage or to be worn as an accessory. The earpiece may also include one or more microphones with the treble and/or bass drivers.
