    Abstract: A fast vertical sliding roller door includes a stationary portal structure mounted at the opening of a wall and comprising an upper cross-member and a pair of uprights made by hollow sections having a connecting plate for fixing to a side of the opening. A flexible closing element is slidably mounted along the uprights, whose longitudinal edges have projections slidingly mounted in a guide formation associated with a respective upright. One lateral face of each upright comprises at least one removable cover, the removal of which allows internal access to the upright, and is provided with a support profile having a pair of parallel flanges and an intermediate portion traversed by stems projecting from the guide formation. One flange has transverse slots for engagement of screws fixed along them by a nut, in order to adjust the transverse tension of the closing element.

    Abstract: A high speed sliding roll-up door interposed between two rooms at different temperatures has a flexible curtain to close or open a passage of a wall separating these rooms. The roll-up door has two side uprights having guide rails of the side edges of the curtain, and an upper crosspiece near which there is a storage area of the curtain. A device for draining the condensation water present on the curtain includes guide rails having an upper rectilinear portion, close to the shelter area, and a lower rectilinear portion offset with respect to the upper rectilinear portion, between which an inclined portion is interposed which is connected upstream and downstream with the upper and lower rectilinear portion. Below the upper rectilinear portion there is a gutter formation configured to receive the condensation water present on the curtain, when this rises towards the shelter area.

    Abstract: A portal structure has an air seal device including an air sealing element movable between a lowered and a raised configuration. The portal structure has a compartment for storing the closure element, delimited by a front wall. A space is provided which communicates with the compartment and with the outer environment between the wall and the closure element. The air seal device includes first and second sealing members adapted to reach a facing position in which they adhere by magnetic attraction to close the space, one connected to the wall for supporting a ferromagnetic plate, the other consisting of a magnetic member fixed to the closure element. The first sealing member includes a base structure which can be fixed to said wall by first and second adjustable fasteners in a position corresponding to the position of the sealing member fixed to the surface of the closure element.

The lateral edges of the curtain have projections for engaging cavities formed between the successive teeth of gear wheels for controlling the movement of the curtain. In the open condition of the door the curtain is received in an upper shelter area axially delimited by two guide panels having specular guide paths. Each guide panel comprises has a seat of a respective gear wheel arranged away from the wall to which the portal structure is associated with, and under the guide panels is prepared a tray for collecting the condensation water present on the curtain, to allow the curtain to be collected entirely above the tray.
