  • Publication number: 20140141117
Abstract: A runner system for a multi-cavity injection molding system, the runner system having runners of reduced size.
    Type: Application
    Filed: November 21, 2013
    Publication date: May 22, 2014
Applicant: The Procter & Gamble Company
Inventors: Gene Michael ALTONEN, Vincent Sean BREIDENBACH, Kimberly Nichole McCONNELL, Danny David LUMPKIN, Chow-chi HUANG, Charles John BERG, JR.
  • Publication number: 20130113131
Abstract: A substantially constant pressure injection molding method and machine that forms molded parts by injecting molten thermoplastic material into a mold cavity at a substantially constant pressure. As a result, the mold cavity is filled with molten thermoplastic material by advancing a continuous flow front of thermoplastic material from a gate to an end of the mold cavity.
    Type: Application
    Filed: August 31, 2012
    Publication date: May 9, 2013
Inventors: Gene Michael ALTONEN, Michael Thomas Dodd, Natalia Maria Ramon-Martinez, Kimberly Nichole McConnell, Danny David Lumpkin, Vincent Sean Breidenbach, John Russell Lawson

  • Publication number: 20130030765
Abstract: A system for monitoring a machine includes a memory device operatively coupled with a processor. The memory device stores a plurality of operational measurements of the machine and is programmed with computer instructions that instruct the processor to record a first plurality of operational measurements of the machine, perform a full spectrum analysis thereof, and generate a first full spectrum data set therefrom. The instructions also instruct the processor to transmit the first full spectrum data set to a model stored within the memory device. The instructions further instruct the processor to determine variations between the first full spectrum data set and a second full spectrum data set. The second full spectrum data set is different from the first full spectrum data set.

  • Publication number: 20110087627
Abstract: Systems and methods may be provided for generating a prediction using neural networks. The system and methods may include training a plurality of neural networks with training data, calculating an output value for each of the plurality of neural networks based at least in part on input evaluation points, applying a weight to each output value based at least in part on a confidence value for each of the plurality of neural networks; and generating an output result.
    Type: Application

    Publication date: April 14, 2011
    Applicant: GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY
Inventors: James J. Schmid, Danni David
  • Publication number: 20070135944
Abstract: An apparatus and method for receiving operational data and displaying summaries of processes for an industrial system includes a block object to define blocks for defining aspects of variables related to the operational data as well as a display client for using the blocks to provide useful and concise summaries of the processes.
    Type: Application
