Abstract: This application provides a three-dimensional porous material, a negative electrode composite material, and an application. The three-dimensional porous material has specially designed opening diameter distribution, a volume proportion of a hole whose opening diameter is less than or equal to 2 nm is greater than or equal to 70%, and a volume proportion of a hole whose opening diameter is 1 nm to 2 nm is greater than or equal to 50%. A proportion of an effective deposition hole in the three-dimensional porous material is high, and concentration of the opening diameter distribution is high. This can achieve good threshold limiting effect, to provide a negative electrode composite material having both a high specific capacity and high structural stability.
