  • Publication number: 20260154270
Abstract: A request is received for a synchronization of data for a tenant of a multi-tenant database service, the data being stored in multiple partitions of a partitioned database. A single sync token comprising a set of sort keys is used to identify a deterministic order for changes in the data for the tenant including when timestamps for a change are identical. The changes are sorted by time, tenant, object, and property. All partitions of the partitioned database are queried, and sort and deduplication are performed to determine a set of changes to be provided in response to the request.

  • Publication number: 20250263982
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a tunnel drainage method. The method includes: for an established existing tunnel, laying a drainage pipe by ultra-long distance horizontal directional drilling in the surrounding rock of the tunnel, wherein the drainage pipe is a horizontal perforated corrugated pipe, and underground water in the surrounding rock of the tunnel is depressurized and discharged through the drainage pipe. The present disclosure uses the ultra-long distance horizontal directional drilling to lay the drainage pipe, which can effectively decompress and discharge the underground water behind a secondary lining.

  • Publication number: 20230136600
Abstract: Provided is a method and a device for screening an antigen epitope polypeptide. The screening method includes: predicting one or more antigen epitopes with all proteome sequences of a target coronavirus to obtain a predicted epitope region; screening a polypeptide with a differential response to a positive serum sample infected by the target coronavirus and a control serum sample with a polypeptide chip technology, and recording the polypeptide as a differential peptide fragment; comparing the differential peptide fragment with all proteome sequences of the target coronavirus to obtain a first conserved motif region; screening regions meeting epitope screening conditions from the predicted epitope region and the first conserved motif region to obtain the antigen epitope, wherein the epitope screening conditions comprise a non-phosphorylation region and/or an extracellular region of the target coronavirus.

  • Publication number: 20230104833
Abstract: Provided are a vehicle navigation method, a vehicle and a storage medium. The vehicle navigation method includes: in response to a vehicle being in a driving state, obtaining environment information corresponding to the vehicle; obtaining lane information corresponding to the vehicle from a lane information set based on the environment information, in which the lane information includes first lane information of covered areas of a high-precision map and second lane information of uncovered areas of the high-precision map; and drawing a vehicle sign corresponding to the vehicle on the map based on the lane information, to provide navigation information for the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20230097009
Abstract: Disclosed is use of a compound in preventing and/or treating pathogen infection in animals. The compound is 4-(3-(((2-amino-5-(2-(1-methylpiperidin-4-yl)thiazol-5-yppyridin-3-ypoxy)methyl) phenyl)-2-methylbut-3-yn-2-ol, having a structure of formula I below. The compound can effectively treat diseases (such as feline infectious peritonitis) caused by pathogen (especially virus, such as coronavirus) infection in animals, improves the survival conditions of the animals, and has better commercial value and application prospect in the field of veterinary anti-pathogen (especially virus, such as coronavirus) therapies.

  • Patent number: 9891224
Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of biomarkers. More specifically, the present invention relates to biomarkers useful in diagnosing aggressive prostate cancer. In one embodiment, a method for identifying patients as having or likely to have aggressive prostate cancer comprises the steps of (a) obtaining a biological sample from the patient; (b) performing an assay on the biological sample to detect fucosylated fucosylated DPP-4, sTIE-2, sVEGFR-1, and FUT8; and (c) identifying the patient as having or likely to have aggressive prostate cancer if there is a statistically significant difference in the levels of fucosylated TIMP-1, fucosylated DPP-4, sTIE-2, sVEGFR-1 and FUT8.
