  • Patent number: 9883665
Abstract: A phosphorescent fishing lure energizing storage device for exposing phosphorescent fishing lures to light while is stored such that the phosphorescent fishing lures are energized and fluoresce while is used after removal from the storage device includes a container defining an interior space. A lid is coupled to the container. The lid is positionable to cover the interior space. A holder is positioned in the interior space and configured for holding at least one phosphorescent fishing lure having a body charged by exposure to light. A light source is coupled to the lid such that the light source illuminates the interior space wherein the light source is configured for energizing the body of the phosphorescent fishing lure.

  • Publication number: 20160073806
Abstract: An ice sequestering container assembly includes a vessel having a bottom wall and a perimeter wall that is attached to and extends upwardly from the bottom wall. The perimeter wall has an upper edge defining an access opening extending into the vessel. A screen is mounted in the vessel that traverses an interior of the vessel to define an upper portion and a lower portion within the interior. The upper portion is positioned above the screen and includes the access opening. The screen is positioned nearer to the access opening than the bottom wall. The screen has a plurality of apertures therein to allow fluid to pass through the screen. The plurality of apertures includes at least five apertures and the apertures each have an area less than 1.0 cm2. The screen prevents ice from moving from the lower portion into the upper portion when the ice is positioned in the bottom section and the vessel is filled with a fluid.

  • Patent number: 8307564
Abstract: A deck building assist tool includes a panel that has a top side, a bottom side, a first edge, a second edge, and a third edge. A first line is coextensive with the first edge and a second line is coextensive with the second edge. The first and second lines intersect each other and are orientated perpendicular with respect to each other. A spacing plate extends downwardly from the bottom side. A plane of the spacing plate is orientated parallel to the second line and is positionable between adjacent planks to indicate correct spacing between the adjacent planks. The panel has a pair of openings therein. The spacing plate has a front edge directed forward and spaced from the first edge. The front edge is spaced from the first edge to correctly position the openings over a joist.
