  • Publication number: 20240351834
Abstract: A hydraulic lifting column for medical devices includes a hydraulic cylinder unit, a base element, a carrier element, at least one intermediate element and at least one first engaging member arranged on the carrier element and formed separately from the carrier element. The hydraulic cylinder unit is configured to move the lifting column along a travel axis between a retracted position and an extended position. The at least one intermediate element is disposed between the base element and the carrier element at least in the retracted position. The carrier element and the at least one intermediate element can be moved relative to the base element along the travel axis by the hydraulic cylinder unit acting on the carrier element. The first engaging member abuts against the intermediate element when the lifting column is moved between the retracted position and the extended position and drives the at least one intermediate element.

  • Publication number: 20230175639
Abstract: A hydraulic pivot system for a hydraulic lifting column has a central pivot system head, an inner frame, an outer frame and a hydraulic cylinder device. The inner frame is mounted on the pivot system head by the hydraulic cylinder device so as to be pivotable about a first pivot axis. The pivot system head is disposed axially within the inner frame as seen along the first pivot axis. The outer frame is pivotally mounted to the inner frame so as to be pivotable about a second pivot axis by the hydraulic cylinder device. A hydraulic lifting column with a hydraulic pivot system is also provided.

  • Patent number: 10895273
Abstract: A hydraulic lifting column comprising a base structure, a head structure and a lifting structure. The lifting structure comprising a hydraulic power unit and hydraulic linear actuators extending between the base structure and the head structure, the hydraulic power unit acting on the hydraulic linear actuators. The lifting structure comprising four linear actuator units with a mutually parallel, vertically oriented working direction. Each linear actuator unit comprising a double cylinder having two-cylinder bores arranged next to one another and two piston structures with piston rods oriented parallel to one another and extendable in opposite directions from the double cylinder. The four lower piston rods are connected to the base structure at the corners of a first quadrilateral and the four upper piston rods are connected to the head structure at the corners of a second quadrilateral.
