The system includes a base storage container disposed on a wheeled cart, and one or more additional storage containers removably secured on top of the base container. A main lid is disposed on the storage container and is pivotable between a position in which it covers at least a portion of the interior storage volume and a position in which it does not cover the interior storage volume. The main lid has a main lid opening formed therethrough. A secondary lid is pivotable between a position in which it covers the opening and a second position in which it does not cover the opening to allow access to the interior storage volume via the opening while the main lid covers the interior storage volume.
