Abstract: A system, method, and computer readable medium with instructions for verifying an original layout are disclosed. The original layout includes cells arranged in a cell hierarchy, front-end-of-line (FEOL) layers, and back-end-of-line (BEOL) layers. In one embodiment, a reduced layout is generated by trimming out cells below a top tier of the cell hierarchy and filtering out the FEOL layers. A text-based short check is executed on the reduced layout. Next, an augmented reduced layout is generated. The augmented reduced layout includes pin information for cells in a second tier connected to the top tier. An interconnectivity check is then executed on the augmented reduced layout based on a schematic for the circuit. Afterwards, a result (e.g., location of short or connectivity mismatch) based on at least one of the text-based short check and the interconnectivity check is outputted. A conventional LVS check may then be executed.

The screws are connected between the first platform and the second platform. The detection apparatus is mainly made by joggle jointing the circuit boards, so that the manufacturing is easy, costs are low, and the detection apparatus is easy to assemble, has small volume and light weight, and is convenient to carry.

Abstract: A rotary hinge shaft assembly has a movable shaft section, and a stationary shaft section. The movable shaft section is composed of an extending part and a cylinder part with a split groove having a recess ring for receiving a lubricating grease, and an oil groove thereon to communicate with the recess ring for guiding the grease. A collar is between the extending part and the cylinder part. The stationary shaft section has an extending part and a cylindrical shaft with an axial hole to tightly fit with the cylinder part. When the cylinder part is inserted into the axial hole, the split groove is squeezed and slightly distorted to enter the axial hole smoothly. The oil groove offers a complete lubrication such that the friction is reduced and the noise is prevented as the cylinder part rotates with respect to the axial hole.

Abstract: A cover assembly having a cover member and a plurality of articulated links is disclosed. One end of each link is pivotally mounted to a recessed region of a housing body and an opposed end of the link is pivotally mounted to extending legs of the rigid cover member. Articulated movement of the cover assembly enables the cover member to assume a substantially parallel disposition relative the platen regardless of the thickness of document. Another feature of the invention allows the rigid cover to remain substantially vertical in its fully raised position. The engagement of top portions of the links and flat areas on rear wall of the cover member between the extending legs stops the cover from pivoting towards the backs of the links.
