  • Publication number: 20260063165
Abstract: An apparatus for installing data center components is disclosed. The apparatus includes a fastening member having first and second surfaces opposite one another. A guide bore is attached to the first surface and configured to mate with a guide of a first component. The fastening member includes a fastener bore that extends from the first surface to the second surface. A hook-shaped member of the fastening member extends from the first end, away from the first surface and may engage with a portion of a second component to retain the fastening member for fastening the first component to the second component. The fastener bore may receive a fastening component adapted to mate with fastener such that the fastening member retains the first component to the second component. The fastener is secured to the fastening component by a torque applied to a portion of the fastener proximate the first surface.

  • Patent number: 12532426
Abstract: An equipment cabinet frame is provided comprising first and second wrappers. The first wrapper extends from a rear edge at a rear side of the cabinet, is bent to form a first rear corner, extends across a first lateral side of the cabinet, and is bent to form a first front corner. The second wrapper extends from a rear edge at the rear side of the cabinet, is bent to form a second rear corner, extends across a second lateral side of the cabinet, and is bent to form a second front corner. A portion of the first wrapper extending from the front first corner to a first front edge is bent into a trough comprising a three-sided channel having an open side facing a front of the equipment cabinet. A top panel is mounted to top edges of the first and second wrappers. A bottom panel, and/or a bottom welded frame may be mounted to bottom edges of the first and second wrappers.

  • Publication number: 20240275141
Abstract: A power distribution unit of an equipment cabinet is provided including: a non-isolatable high voltage area, an isolatable high voltage area, electrically isolated from the non-isolatable high voltage area, and a low voltage area, electrically isolated from each of the non-isolatable high voltage area and the isolatable high voltage area, and at least one disconnect device, electrically disposed between a high voltage power source and the isolatable high voltage area, such that opening of the at least one disconnect device disconnects the isolatable high voltage area from the high voltage power source.

  • Publication number: 20240275139
Abstract: A power distribution unit of an equipment cabinet includes a primary bracket, and a secondary bracket. A first central standoff insulator is mounted to a front of the secondary bracket and extends through a hole in the primary bracket. A second standoff insulator is mounted to a front of the first central standoff insulator, and a central busbar is mounted to a front of the second central standoff insulator. An insulator comprises a rear portion mounted between the first central standoff insulator and the second central standoff insulator and has a first side portion extending frontward past a first side of the central busbar and a second side portion extending frontward past a second side of the central busbar. First and second lateral standoff insulators and first and second lateral busbars, respectively mounted to the first and second lateral standoff insulators, maybe mounted to the primary bracket.
