  • Publication number: 20230120700
Abstract: A cooling system comprises a heat sink that bears on an electronic component (120) on a printed circuit board, and a cooling channel for a coolant. The cooling channel has a cavity for the heat sink, and the heat sink is designed to be placed in the cavity based on a distance between the component and the printed circuit board such that the printed circuit board can be placed on the cooling channel at a predetermined spacing thereto, such that the component bears on the heat sink.

  • Patent number: 11578794
Abstract: A device (1) for cooling and lubricating components of a vehicle (2) may include a housing (3), a coolant sump (4), a coolant pump (5) for pumping coolant (6) from the coolant sump (4), a heat exchanger (7) for cooling coolant (6) from the coolant pump (5), and a coolant line system (8) including a coolant reservoir (9) having a single coolant inlet (10) and multiple coolant outlets (11.1, 11.2, 11.3, 11.4, 11.5). The coolant line system (8) fluidically connects the coolant pump (5) to the heat exchanger (7), and the heat exchanger (7) to the single coolant inlet (10) of the coolant reservoir (9). The coolant reservoir (9) receives coolant (6) from the heat exchanger (7) via the single coolant inlet (10) and directs coolant (6) via the multiple coolant outlets (11.1, 11.2, 11.3, 11.4, 11.5) onto components in the housing (3) requiring cooling and lubrication.

  • Publication number: 20220102238
Abstract: An electronic device includes at least one electronic module (CHIP) arranged on a printed circuit plate (LP) and, on the top side, is connected to a heat sink (HS) in a force-free manner. A method for assembling an electronic device includes assembling a printed circuit plate (LP), which is provided with at least one electronic module (CHIP), with a heat sink (HS) for dissipating heat from the at least one electronic module (CHIP). The connection between the heat sink (HS) and the at least one electronic module (CHIP) is established in a force-free manner.

  • Publication number: 20200187390
Abstract: A control unit (SG) is provided for evaluating signals for a vehicle (FZ), including at least two printed circuit plates (PB, CB) equipped with modules to be cooled, which are positioned opposite one another and are covered by cooling structures (KS1, KS2) on the opposed sides. Sidewalls (SW) are arranged at a right angle with respect to the cooling structures (KS1, KS2) and, together with the cooling structures, form a cooling duct. A fluid is movable through the cooling duct for heat dissipation. Seal(s) are provided between the sidewalls and the cooling structures.
