Abstract: A paintless dent repair tool, system and method is disclosed. In general, the paintless dent repair tool, system and method includes a ball tab and ball tab adapter. The ball tab having a rounded top member, an elongated middle support member, and a flat bottom member. The ball tab adapter having a connector member and an engagement member. The ball tab adapter is configured to be detachably connected to the ball tab such that the ball tab is centered on the engagement member of the ball tab adapter on a x axis and y axis of the engagement member and such that a paintless dent removal tool connected to the connector member is configured to lift up the ball tab adaptor and the ball tab on a center axis of the paintless dent repair tool to remove a dent from the surface of the vehicle.
