In an engaged position the switch overlaps at least a portion of the handle lock and prevents it from moving into an unlocked position. A spring, such as a wire form spring, can be arranged within a pocket of the switch, and when the switch is moved between engaged and disengaged positions the spring can be compressed generating a rotational bias on the switch urging the switch toward either the engaged or disengaged position.

Abstract: A method for making ferrite powder may include providing ferrite feed materials in a form of particles, such as having different sizes and irregular shapes. The method may further include exposing the ferrite feed materials to a low velocity oxygen-fueled (LVOF) flame spray. This may provide a more spherical shape to irregularly shaped particles to thereby make the ferrite powder. An apparatus for making ferrite powder may include a feeder for ferrite feed materials and a LVOF flame spray system for exposing the ferrite feed materials to the flame spray.

The influent waste flows down the inclined sieve, and free water drops downward through the sieve while separated waste solids slide off the lower edge of the inclined sieve. The multi-chambered liner is set inside the tank under its lid. The multi-chambered liner is partitioned into a first chamber running the length of the liner on one half its wide, which the other half its width is subdivided into a series of smaller sub-chambers running the length of the liner. The chambers are separated by permeable partitions. The walls of the liner are permeable, as well.

An inlet diffuser and an outlet diffuser are posited within the chlorinating tank, the inlet diffuser is in hydraulic communication with the inlet pipe, and the outlet diffuser is in hydraulic communication with the outlet pipe. A filter is posited in the outlet diffuser for filtering any remaining solids in the treated wastewater. A chlorinating device is posited downstream of the filter within the chlorinating tank, for adding dissolved chlorine to the chlorinating tank volume.

Abstract: A method for making a radiation absorbing material (RAM) coating may include providing an iron-silicon alloy powder, forming the iron-silicon alloy powder into flakes, and passivating the flakes. The method may further include selecting passivated flakes having a desired size, and combining the selected passivated flakes with a carrier to provide the RAM coating. The coating may be applied to a substrate to impart the radiation absorbing property thereto.

Abstract: The invention provides a knock-down furniture bracket assembly which includes a mounting bracket and a slide bracket, both of which are tapered and are configured to slidably mate with one another. The mounting bracket attaches to a base of a piece of seating furniture and the slide bracket attaches to a back of the piece of seating furniture. The mounting bracket has a slot provided therethrough and the slide bracket has a dimple extending outwardly thereof. Upon sliding the slide bracket onto the mounting bracket, the dimple engages the slot in the mounting bracket to prevent movement of the slide bracket relative to the mounting bracket. The dimple can be disengaged from the slot upon an application of a predetermined force.
