Abstract: A method for fabricating a spectacle frame made of a cellulose acetate sheet embedded with the metal piece, where the metal piece is embedded between a main material and auxiliary materials; the metal piece, the main material, and the auxiliary materials are tightly bonded by pressing by a hydraulic press. Since the metal piece is not in contact with a human body, there will be no corrosion problems. The composite plate structure resulting from splicing of the main material and the auxiliary materials have better mechanical performance.

Abstract: A method for fabricating a multi-color cellulose acetate spectacle frame, which includes: baking a multi-color cellulose acetate sheet so that it is soften; pressing so as to enable the second, third, and fourth color layers of the multi-color cellulose acetate sheet to move a distance greater than the thickness of a surface color layer of the multi-color cellulose acetate sheet; grinding off or shaving off a surface layer of the excessively moved portion so that the color of a middle layer is highlighted; baking the multi-color cellulose acetate sheet again so that it is soften; pressing so that the color of the middle layer is highlighted to the surface of the spectacle frame. According to the method for fabricating the multi-color cellulose acetate spectacle frame, the working processes are saved, and the qualification rate of product is improved.

Abstract: A method for processing a pair of spectacles having a metal sheet wrapping the surface of an acetate sheet including, cutting a 4.0 acetate sheet; softening the cut acetate sheet through baking, and tapping a steel needle into the acetate sheet; cutting out grooves in the two sides of the acetate sheet, and clamping metal fittings on the acetate sheet; mounting an upper die and a lower die on a 15-ton hydraulic press; clamping a metal material in the grooves formed in the acetate sheet, sleeving the metal material and the acetate sheet in a middle pressing die, and heating the metal material and the acetate sheet sleeved by the middle pressing die in an oven; and, baking the acetate sheet in a sealed oven.

Abstract: The present application disclosed myopic sunglasses including a myopic glasses underframe and a sunglasses face frame, where the inner circle of the myopic glasses underframe is provided with a first groove, the first groove is provided with a first magnet group, the sunglasses face frame is provided with a second groove, the second groove is provided with a second magnet group, and the sunglasses face frame is coupled to the myopic glasses underframe by the absorptive force between the first magnet group and the second magnet group. The myopic sunglasses provided by the present application are convenient to wear, firm in structure and not easy to be damaged or scratched.
