  • Publication number: 20230406038
Abstract: This application relates to a roller device. The device comprises: a roller; and a roller axle, the roller axle comprises: an axle portion configured to mount the roller such that the roller is rotatable about the axle portion; and a riveting portion at a mounting end of the roller axle with respect to an axial direction of the roller axle, and extending from the mounting end in a direction away from the axle portion, wherein, when the roller device is pressed against a carrier under force, the riveting portion can pierce the carrier such that the roller axle is riveted with the carrier through the riveting portion.

  • Patent number: 11821450
Abstract: The present rivet invention has a main body comprising a first end and a second end opposite to the first end, wherein the main body further comprises a lateral wall disposed at the second end and circumferentially extending around the main body; and a core part disposed at the second end of the main body and contained inside the lateral wall of the main body, wherein the core part has an end surface for pressing against at least an end surface of one of the work pieces when the rivet is being operated to rivet the work pieces, to allow materials of the work pieces flow outwardly of the core part. An accommodation space is formed between the core part and the lateral wall to receive materials of the work pieces flowing into the space and deform outwardly at least a portion of the lateral wall of the main body.

  • Patent number: 11703076
Abstract: A press-in fastener has from top to bottom: a head, a clinch feature, and a spiral, knurled shank. The fastener can hold two parts together by first clinching with a first metal panel, and then being pressed into a hole in a second, less ductile panel having a uniform interference between the knurled fastener shank and the hole. The knurled shank has a helix configuration that allows for use in non-ductile materials and eliminates the need for tapered holes and screws for applications that do not require disassembly.

  • Publication number: 20220397873
Abstract: A transaction harmony degree-based method and system for transaction matching between a power grid and building energy. The method includes: obtaining a transaction harmony degree of a historical transaction cycle; sending, by using a blockchain, the transaction harmony degree to a corresponding building energy user, and sending a maximum compensated electricity price and an expected compensated electricity price in peak-valley regulation to all building energy users; determining, by each building energy user, a transaction-based compensated electricity price in the peak-valley regulation based on the received transaction harmony degree and the received maximum compensated electricity price and expected compensated electricity price in the peak-valley regulation, and feeding back the transaction-based compensated electricity price in the peak-valley regulation to a power grid; and determining, by the power grid, a building energy user that successfully performs transaction matching with the power grid.
