  • Patent number: 12221379
Abstract: Disclosed are a method for preparing a non-sintered shell-wrapped ceramsite using solid waste meanwhile immobilizing a heavy metal in river sediment, and a non-sintered river-sediment-based shell-wrapped ceramsite, which relate to the technical field of building materials. The disclosure combines river sediment with a solid waste powder and an alkali activating powder material, and adopts multiple-step granulations to realize particle size control and physical pore formation, thereby obtaining a non-sintered ceramsite. A sulfoaluminate cement and a Portland cement are used to encapsulate the non-sintered ceramsite and form a shell by wrapping, thereby preparing a non-sintered river-sediment-based shell-wrapped ceramsite with internal porosity and dense shell.

  • Patent number: 12151973
Abstract: Disclosed herein are a fly ash-based foam geopolymer, a preparation method therefor, and the use thereof. The fly ash-based foam geopolymer is prepared from raw materials comprising the following components in parts by weight: 900-1000 parts of a fly ash-based material; 600-700 parts of a composite alkali solution; 0-10 parts of a thickening agent; 2-6 parts of a foam stabilizer A; 5-10 parts of a water reducer; and 20-40 parts of a foaming agent. The preparation method of the present application is simple, and processes such as ball milling, water washing and calcining do not need to be carried out on the raw materials, such that the investment in a grinding equipment, a water washing equipment, a sewage treatment equipment, and a calcining equipment is reduced, and the energy consumption and carbon emissions are reduced.

  • Publication number: 20240217874
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a potassium aluminosilicate-based nanogel precursor additive and use thereof in a low calcium system-based geopolymer, belonging to the technical field of geopolymer additives. In the present disclosure, the potassium aluminosilicate-based nanogel precursor additive has a high-activity and potassium aluminosilicate-based short-chain structure, and is a precursor of the low calcium system-based geopolymer. The additive includes K2O, SiO2, and Al2O3, and has a K/Si molar ratio of 1.0 to 4.0 and an Al/Si molar ratio of 0.25 to 1.5. The potassium aluminosilicate-based nanogel precursor additive can be added to a matrix material of the low calcium system-based geopolymer, to effectively optimize a hydration process, balance an internal reaction, and improve a pore structure of the low calcium system-based geopolymer such as metakaolin, thereby improving mechanical properties.

  • Publication number: 20190338119
Abstract: A composition is composed mainly of: a component (I) (which is at least one selected from polyether ketone, polyether ether ketone, and polyether ketone ketone); a component (II) (which is polyphenylene sulfide); and, additionally if necessary, a component (III) (which is at least one selected from polyether imide, polyimide, polyamide imide, and polysulfone resins) and (IV) an inorganic filler. The composition is obtained using a conventional melt-kneading machine, for example, a single screw or twin screw extruder, Banbury mixer, or kneader in accordance with the melt-kneading method corresponding to the kneading machine. The resin composition for metal bonding has excellent metal bonding properties, and is applicable for use in automobile parts that require the composition to be bonded with metal and in electronic products such as laptop computers and mobile phones.
