The engagement mechanism, the firing connecting member, the main-shaft connecting member and the firing assembly are configured such that: in a case where the clip is fired, the main-shaft connecting member drives the firing connecting member to move in a direction facing away from the head end of the tube body through the engagement mechanism, and the firing connecting member drives the firing assembly to move in a same direction, so that the end effector is partially opened.

It also relates to methods of bioreduction and biosorption using the said strain by means of its property of reducing nitrate to ammonium and adsorbing metal ions to reduce the metal and nonmetal ions in the solution to elementary state under aerobic conditions. The present invention also relates to application of the said strain in bio-metallurgy, production of metal and nonmetal elementary substance, treatment of wastewater containing metal ions, and removal of harmful metal and nonmetal ions contained in soil and water. The strain of the present invention is easy to cultivate. The method of bioreduction and biosorption by it is very simple and can be widely used in metallurgy, treatment of wastewater and removal of harmful substances in soil and water.
