Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable storage media for receiving, by an operation guard system executed within a cloud platform, session information representative of a session of a user within the cloud platform, the session information including user information and operation information, determining, by the operation guard system, that the user is signed into a technical group for execution of an operation represented in the operation information, and in response, providing, by the operation guard system, a risk score associated with the operation, and determining, by the operation guard system and at least partially based on the risk score, that the operation is a risk-oriented operation based on the risk score, and in response, preventing execution of the operation and transmitting an alert.

A method may include: obtaining at least a part of a communication message in a communication session page of a communication application, the communication session page being used for conducting communications between an end user and at least one peer user; performing content recognition of the communication message; and configuring a to-be-sent message corresponding to a message sending control in the communication session page, so that the to-be-sent message matches a content recognition result for the communication message. Using the technical solutions of the present disclosure, the efficiency of communications can be improved.

Abstract: A method may include the following. Preset events related to a peer communication party are determined. The preset events are generated by operations performed by the peer communication party based on a communication application. Whether a communication page of a local communication party with the peer communication party is in an open state is detected. Description information of the preset events is displayed in an expedited processing page associated with the communication page in a centralized manner when the communication page is detected to be in an open state. Using the technical solutions of the present application, the local communication party can open and view the expedited processing page conveniently and quickly when communicating with the peer communication party, and view and process corresponding preset events, thereby further simplifying the user operations and improving processing efficiency.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide a system for generating context-appropriate user prompts from an application. The system improves significantly over previous systems by providing expedient, context-appropriate, and relevant user prompts corresponding to enterprise-related user functions. During operation, a computing device receives a user input in an application window. The device then analyzes the received user input to determine an enterprise objective of a user and an enterprise function associated with the user objective. The device then generates a user prompt corresponding to the enterprise function, and displays the user prompt in the same application window.
