Patent number: 11863980Abstract: A System Platform establishes a Genuine User ID (“GUID”), creates a user profile for an Intended User, generates a unique data set based upon input associated with the user profile and a digital device it has registered to the Intended User. The output of the GUID in combination with the output of an algorithm in a provisioning application enables the digital device to respond to Access Requests at an Access Point. The response from the genuine Intended User's application on their genuine digital device produces a unique data package which combines the GUID, a device ID for the digital device and the output of the algorithm using the payload obtained from one or more data management sources. The unique data package can be tailored for many different uses by the intended user, including uses which are attended or unattended, with varying levels of security.Type: GrantFiled: July 2, 2021Date of Patent: January 2, 2024Assignee: SYQURX, INC.Inventors: Joan Ziegler, Richard Sergio Nassar, Darin Nelson, Neil Charles MacDonald, William James Templeton-Steadman, Mark A Villiott, Glen D Parker

Patent number: 8403862Abstract: A method includes directing toward a portion of a subject's body a first pulse of electromagnetic energy. While the portion is in a functional state due to the first pulse, a second pulse is directed toward the portion. At a second-pulse time, reflected energy due to the second pulse is detected. While the portion is in a functional state due to the first and second pulses, a third pulse is directed toward the portion. At a third-pulse time, energy of the third pulse, reflected from the portion, is detected. In response to detecting the pulses at the second-pulse time and the third-pulse time, a characteristic of the portion is quantified resulting from (a) the functional state due to the first pulse and (b) the functional state due to the first and second pulses. A clinical state of the subject is identified. Other embodiments are described.Type: GrantFiled: December 22, 2008Date of Patent: March 26, 2013Assignee: Yeda Research and Development Co. Ltd.Inventors: Amiram Grinvald, Darin Nelson, Harel Primack

Patent number: 8172763Abstract: Apparatus (2) is provided, including a heartbeat measurement device (3), which senses a cardiac parameter of a patient and generates a cardiac parameter signal responsively thereto. An optical measurement device acquires data by emitting towards tissue of the patient 400-1000 niti light, and receiving light reflected from the tissue. An integrator unit (10) receives the cardiac parameter signal and, in response thereto, actuates the optical measurement device to acquire the data.Type: GrantFiled: May 8, 2006Date of Patent: May 8, 2012Assignee: Yeda Research and Development Co., Ltd.Inventors: Darin Nelson, Arik Drori, Amiram Grinvald

Patent number: 7912534Abstract: A method and system for determination and mapping the quantity of chromophores having a distinct spectrum attached to moving objects in an spectrally rich environment that may include multiple chromophores attached to stationary objects. Au area of interest is imaged at different times and different wavelengths, and the spectral properties of the chromophores attached to the moving objects are separated from the stationary spectral properties of the background, followed by spectral analysis of the moving objects to determine their quantity. Application to the retinal vasculature is illustrated, showing the imaging, analyzing and quantifying of the oxygen saturation of retinal blood, resolved for the different vascular compartments, including capillaries, arterioles, venules, arteries, and veins.Type: GrantFiled: September 29, 2004Date of Patent: March 22, 2011Assignee: Yeda Research and Development Co. Ltd.Inventors: Amiram Grinvald, Darin Nelson, Ivo Vanzetta
