  • Publication number: 20240363038
Abstract: A mounting bracket for hanging a banner includes a pole holder configured to secure a banner pole and a pivot base pivotably connected to the pole holder. The pole holder is configured to rotate only around a single axis and is biased to a predetermined rotational position around the single axis. The pole holder is configured to hold a banner pole a few degrees from 90 degrees from the longitudinal axis of the mounting bracket. At least two springs are used to bias the pole holder toward a predetermined location on the mounting bracket. A spacer may be used with the springs to prevent over-stretching and fatigue of the springs. A bolt used to connect the components of the mounting bracket may be “T” shaped at one end.

  • Patent number: 12121164
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a mounting bracket assembly for displaying a banner including a base plate having a proximal end and a distal end. The base plate includes a first clamping surface, an upwardly-extending stretch arm at the distal end of the base plate, and a vertical channel disposed between the first clamping surface and the upwardly-extending stretch arm. Additionally, the mounting bracket assembly includes a clamping arm removably coupled to the base plate. The clamping arm has a proximal end and a distal end. In some examples, the clamping arm includes a second clamping surface and a downwardly-extending stretch arm disposed at the distal end of the clamping arm. The downwardly-extending stretch arm may be configured to extend into the vertical channel of the base plate. The mounting bracket assembly may further include a cover configured to couple to the base plate over the clamping arm.

  • Patent number: 7861448
Abstract: A banner mounting assembly 10 is disclosed. The banner mounting assembly 10 includes a frame assembly 11 having a top frame 12 and a bottom frame 14 disposed beneath the top frame. The top frame 12 has four sections 12a, 12b, 12c, and 12d, and the bottom frame 14 has four corresponding sections 14a, 14b, 14c, and 14d. Clamp assemblies 20 disposed on each bottom frame section 14a, 14b, 14c, and 14d of the frame assembly 11 secure a banner 16 or other advertisement media to the frame assembly 11 after the banner 16 has been disposed within the frame assembly 11. Each of the top frame sections 12a, 12b, 12c, and 12d is hinged to the corresponding bottom frame sections 14a, 14b, 14c, and 14d, thereby allowing the top frame sections 12a, 12b, 12c, and 12d to be moved between a closed position and an open position.

  • Patent number: 5540640
Abstract: In order to maximize the benefit from exercise by isolating a muscle to be developed, a deltoid muscle exercise device is disclosed. The device includes a base for supporting it on a generally fiat surface, a frame integral with the base and extending generally upwardly therefrom, a grip integral with the frame at a point generally remote from the base, and an arm rest integral with the frame at a point generally intermediate the base and the grip. With these features, the deltoid muscle exercise device also is adapted to support free weights at a point generally closer to the base than to the grip.
