The nozzle includes at least one exit aperture and is configured to direct a discharge produced by combustion of the reactive material. The liner is disposed around the reactive material and connected to the nozzle. The liner is configured to confine the discharge to the at least one exit aperture. The igniter is disposed within the liner and in contact with the reactive material.
