  • Patent number: 11412721
Abstract: A novel fishing tackle rig generally consisting of an open-eye formed by double “U” bends on the shaft of a hook or other tackle, a hook-shield which threads onto a fishing line with a hollow rear section to slide over the open-eye, a solid front section to provide structure, and a pin extending perpendicular to secure the hook-shield to the bait, and a cone shaped bait protecting device where the narrow end threads onto the fishing line and the wide end fits over the bait and other components of fishing tackle holding everything together. In an alternative embodiment, the hook-shield is replaced by integrating onto the shaft of the hook or other tackle a closing mechanism that slides along the shaft from an open position to a closed position that completes the open-eye.

  • Patent number: 11324306
Abstract: The present invention comprises a Paint Can Holster that securely holds a standard one-gallon paint can at the waist of the user. The paint can may be placed into the holster from the horizontal direction allowing the user to easily holster and unholster paint cans while wearing the invention. The holster further features a paintbrush holder that positions the bristles of the brush directly over or into the paint can to avoid dripping paint. The paint can holster further features a swiveling mechanism that allows the user to ascend and descend a ladder and to make a wide range of motions without tilting the paint can over and spilling paint.

  • Publication number: 20150306782
Abstract: A brush cutting assembly, horizontally oriented and designed to operate in close proximity to the soil surface for clearing brush and other light vegetation, in the form of a plurality of cutting elements pivotally interconnected with one another forming a cutting span propelled by a motor-driven sprocket and wrapped around the peripheral edge of a relatively thin, generally flat member having a marginal edge portion that engages cutting elements along the cutting span which enters the kerf produced by the chainsaw chain during the operation. Said assembly can be applied to substantially any type of tool which uses a drive member commonly used for clearing weeds and light brush, connected by way of a shaft and an arbor. The preferred embodiment being a hand-held type gasoline powered vegetation trimmer.
