Abstract: An improved fishing lure which produces, transmits and modulates high frequency vibrations. The high frequency tone wire vibration is actuated upon impact of a striker against the wall of an essentially watertight housing. As the striker oscillates within the housing, high frequency vibrations and sound waves emanate from the tone wire. This invention also includes a noisemaker component specifically designed using a tone wire and a striker which can be incorporated into existing fishing lures.

Abstract: An improved water gun toy or like device having a cylindrical body substantially closed at one end thereof to form a body chamber, a piston of cylindrical shape slidably and sealably positioned within said body chamber for axial movement therein, the piston and the body including the closed end thereof defining a liquid receiving reservoir of substantial capacity. The piston is slidable from one axial end of the body chamber to the other axial end thereof. A conduit in fluid communication at one end with the reservoir and having an outlet orifice on the opposite downstream end thereof from which liquid can be ejected and manual actuating device operatively connected to the piston and operable to cause axial movement of the piston from one axial end of the chamber to the other axial end thereof is provided whereby substantially all of the liquid in said reservoir may be ejected through the orifice in a continuous stream.

Abstract: A game apparatus for use in playing different color oriented type games utilizing dice-like colored game motivators wherein movement of a playing piece on a playing surface is determined and controlled by the cast of the motivators, the apparatus including a playing surface, a plurality of game playing pieces, and a pair of similar game playing motivators each including a dice-like member of cube shape defined by six surfaces arranged in opposed pairs, three of the surfaces each respectively having a different one of the primary colors of red, yellow and blue formed thereon, and the other three surfaces respectively having a different one of the secondary colors of orange, purple and green formed thereon, the motivators when rolled or cast like dice producing on their upper surfaces a plurality of different color combinations to control game moving options and movement of the playing pieces, including game options obtained by the combinations of two primary colors, combinations of primary and secondary colors
