    Abstract: An exercise walkway has a pair of aligned stairways that are arranged end to end and have a horizontal section therebetween so that a person may walk up one and down the other. Each stairway has a central handrail and the stairs on either side of it are of differing height and length so that a user may select which side he wishes to use of the walkway.
