  • Publication number: 20230186219
Abstract: A change management evaluation system may be implemented via a back-end application computer server. An enterprise health data store contains electronic records associated with a set of enterprise units. Each electronic record includes an electronic record identifier and health dimension scores associated with an enterprise’s ability to implement changes. Moreover, one health dimension score is based at least in part on a sentiment score automatically generated by a machine learning algorithm analysis of unstructured text data. The computer server may then automatically retrieve, from the enterprise health data store, the health dimension scores associated with each enterprise unit. A weighted average model may be used to automatically calculate an overall unit health score for each enterprise unit based on the associated health dimension scores. A change management scorecard of an interactive graphical change management display is then updated and displayed based on the overall unit health scores.

  • Patent number: 8517208
Abstract: A muck bucket for containing backflowing waste from an end of a pipe includes an enclosure having a continuous wall. The continuous wall includes an upper edge defining an upper opening and a lower edge defining a lower opening. The lower edge is configured to surround the end of the pipe and form a watertight seal with a surface surrounding the end of the pipe. There is at least one flange peripherally extending outwardly from the lower edge of the enclosure. The flange is secured to the surface surrounding the end of the pipe via a screw, a bolt, or an adhesive. The screw, bolt, or adhesive is included to maintain a water-tight seal between the lower edge and the surface.

The lower edge is configured to surround the end of the pipe and form a watertight seal with a surface surrounding the end of the pipe. There is at least one flange peripherally extending outwardly from the lower edge of the enclosure. There is a means for securing the at least one flange to the surface surrounding the end of the pipe. This securing means is to maintain a watertight seal between the lower edge and the surface.

  • Publication number: 20110094961
Abstract: This invention is directed to a process for separating a solute from a solute-bearing material. A substantial amount of solute is extracted from the solute-bearing material by contacting particles of the solute-bearing material with globules of an extraction solvent. The particle size of the solute-bearing material and the globule size of the extraction solvent are balanced such that little if any solute or extraction solvent remains in the solute-bearing material.

  • Publication number: 20050092682
Abstract: The process and apparatus are for removing a solute from a solute-bearing solid product by means of a solvent which remains in liquid state throughout the entire oil extraction process. In one embodiment, the solvent is normally in gazeous state at ambient temperature and pressure values, but is used mainly in liquid state within the method and apparatus of the present invention by maintaining such pressure and temperature values within the apparatus so that the solvent will remain in this liquid state.

  • Publication number: 20050070218
Abstract: A new and improved invention for the truly continuous extraction of oleiferous and carbonaceous content contained in rendered animal tissue and the full range of subject solids material listed in Claim 1, by one or a series of pressured phased agitation chambers using an array of patterned sprays of solvent which is a gas in liquid form under pressure.
