    Abstract: An impact test fixture includes an arm, a testing actuator connected to the arm, and an impactor supported by the testing actuator. The testing actuator is actuatable to propel the impactor at a predetermined speed with respect to the arm. A mass dampener is associated with the arm for reducing deflection of the arm as a result of actuation of the testing actuator.
