  • Publication number: 20080076609
Abstract: A vibration damper for a racquet sport includes a score tallying device for keeping the score of t racquet sport such as tennis. The current score is maintained by an electronic circuit and displayed on an electronic display within the vibration damper. The vibration damper is configured to be attached to the racquet strings. The vibration damper and score keeper is preferably configured so that it displays only legitimate scores of the type of racquet sport for which it is intended.

  • Publication number: 20070265120
Abstract: A vibration damper for a racquet sport includes a score tallying device for keeping the score of t racquet sport such as tennis. A rotating score indicator is provided with allowed score values for indicating the current score by rotation of the indicator by a user. Alternatively, the current score is maintained by an electronic circuit and displayed on an electronic display within the vibration damper. The vibration damper is configured to be attached to the racquet strings. The vibration damper and score keeper is preferably marked so that it displays only legitimate scores of the type of racquet sport for which it is intended.

  • Publication number: 20070054176
Abstract: A solid oxide regenerative fuel cell includes a ceramic electrolyte, a first electrode which is adapted to be positively biased when the fuel cell operates in a fuel cell mode and in an electrolysis mode, and a second electrode which is adapted to be negatively biased when the fuel cell operates in the fuel cell mode and in the electrolysis mode. The second electrode comprises less than 1 mg/cm2 of noble metal.

  • Patent number: 7150927
Abstract: A solid oxide regenerative fuel cell includes a ceramic electrolyte, a first electrode which is adapted to be positively biased when the fuel cell operates in a fuel cell mode and in an electrolysis mode, and a second electrode which is adapted to be negatively biased when the fuel cell operates in the fuel cell mode and in the electrolysis mode. The second electrode comprises less than 1 mg/cm2 of noble metal. By maintaining a reducing atmosphere on the second electrode at all times noble metals can be eliminated from the electrode composition which substantially reduces the cost of the fuel cell.

  • Publication number: 20060222929
Abstract: One embodiment of the invention provides a method of operating a solid oxide fuel cell, including providing a solid oxide fuel cell comprising an anode electrode containing nickel, and electrochemically reducing an anode side of the fuel cell. Another embodiment of the invention provides a method of operating a solid oxide fuel cell, including providing a solid oxide fuel cell comprising an anode electrode containing nickel, periodically operating the fuel cell to generate electricity, and reducing an anode side of the fuel cell between electricity generation operation periods of the fuel cell.

  • Publication number: 20010015120
Abstract: A bandsaw blade is manufactured from a blank having a plurality of teeth, at least some of which are to be set. Those set teeth are ground, prior to setting, such that at least an upper portion of the front rake face thereof forms an acute angle with a line extending perpendicular to a center line of the blank. Thereafter, those ground teeth are set to respective side of the blank, whereby a lateral rake angle of each set tooth is smaller than a side relief angle thereof. Preferably, the side relief angle is at least 5 degrees larger than the lateral rake angle.
