  • Patent number: 8930815
Abstract: Methods, systems, and products are disclosed for producing a virtual agent. The virtual agent is generated. A demographic trait of a user, interacting with the virtual agent, is acquired. The virtual agent is endowed with the demographic trait, thereby enriching the virtual agent to appeal the user. Further, one or more intelligent agents are associated with the virtual agent allowing the virtual agent to accomplish specific tasking as directed by the user.

  • Patent number: 7836074
Abstract: A method for utilizing the caller identification information stored in call logs to retrieve address book entries stored in a database, enabling a reply to each call in the call log using the communication medium and contact address of choice. Using this method, a customer can access the call logs for various phone numbers using a computer and can link to additional contact information associated with each entry. This additional contact information is stored in an address book database, either locally or on a network. Caller identification information in the call log can be used to search the address book and retrieve alternate addresses spanning a range of possible reply media, such as cell phones, E-mail, PDA, and telefacsimile.

  • Patent number: 7756934
Abstract: A method for electronic information transfer by a sender. The method includes composing an electronic message on a sender terminal. At least one announcement file is associated with an attribute of the electronic message, the announcement file configured for playing at a recipient terminal upon the recipient terminal receiving the electronic message. The electronic message and the association to the announcement file is sent over a network to a recipient at the recipient terminal. Embodiments include a computer program product for implementing the method.

  • Patent number: 7751802
Abstract: A method of obtaining a response to associated announcement files. The method includes associating a first announcement file including an attribute of a tangible item with an email and associating an interactive information file with the email. The email is sent with the associated announcement file and the associated interactive information file to the recipient to a recipient. The announcement file causes presentation of the attribute of the tangible item to the recipient upon receipt of the email by the recipient. • Patent number: 7251479
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for establishing communication with a wireless device and a recipient telecommunications device in a telecommunications network. In one computer-assisted embodiment, the method includes identifying at least a first address associated with the recipient telecommunications device; and, processing the first address for retrieving at least a second address associated with the recipient telecommunications device. The second address is employable to establish communication between the wireless device and the recipient telecommunications device. In another aspect, a system embodiment includes an AIN network configured to establish communications between the wireless device and a database and/or the recipient telecommunications device. In various method and system embodiments, at least one of the addresses includes a telephone number, a pager number, an electronic mail address, an instant messaging address, and/or a facsimile number.
