Abstract: The present disclosure provides compositions and methods for reducing inflammation to improve or maintain mental health or physical health in an individual. In some aspects, the compositions include at least one 5HT2A agonist and at least one TRP agonist, wherein the therapeutically effective amount of the 5HT2A agonist is between about 1 ?g and about 300 mg and the therapeutically effective amount of the at least one TRP receptor agonist is between about 0.01 mg and about 300 mg. The compositions may be formulated for any suitable ingestion mode, including gastrointestinal, transmucosal and parenteral.
