  • Publication number: 20210269775
Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods and compositions of decellularized preterm placental tissue. Compositions comprise decellularized regenerative tissue derived from animal placentas that are harvested preterm, i.e., before the completion of the normal duration of gestation. Preterm placental tissue may contain a high level of growth factors and other beneficial components that aid in tissue regeneration and healing.

  • Publication number: 20180263844
Abstract: A pleasure clasp device may include a dildo having a first end and a second end. The dildo may be coupled to a clasp with a movable coupling. The clasp may have a first arm and a second arm, and the first arm and second arm may be coupled together via a base. The movable coupling may be configured to couple the second end of the dildo to the clasp and to enable the first end of the dildo to be moved relative to the clasp. The clasp may be adapted to be secured to the user by inserting the second arm into the vagina and in contact with the anterior wall of the vagina and by placing the first arm in contact with the clitoral region so that the pubis symphysis region of the wearing user is positioned and held between the first arm and second arm. In this manner, the clasp may grip the pubis symphysis region thereby securing the device to the wearing user in a hands-free manner.

  • Publication number: 20170137912
Abstract: A process for producing substantially dry slag granules comprises adding a controlled amount of water to a molten stream of slag, and granulating the slag to produce solidified slag comprising substantially dry slag granules and slag wool. An apparatus for producing substantially dry slag granules comprises: (a) an inclined surface having an upper and lower ends for receiving and discharging the stream of slag; (b) a dispersion device at the lower end of the inclined surface for dispersion of the molten slag; (c) one or more water addition devices for adding a controlled amount of water to the molten slag; and (d) a collection area adjacent to the dispersion device for deposition of solidified slag produced by the dispersion. The quantity of slag wool produced by the process and apparatus is less than that which would be produced without the addition of water.

  • Publication number: 20170093534
Abstract: A circuit that introduces a calibrated amount of jitter and/or amplitude variation into a signal. By generating a signal with some predetermined amount of variation, signal consuming equipment may be tested to verify that it can properly extract the information from the signal, despite the presence of such variation. The circuit includes a signal propagation channel through which a signal may propagate. However, to introduce signal variation, the signal propagation channel passes close to electromagnetic interference generation circuitry. A calibration circuit has one or multiple settings that sets on or more values of parameters of the electromagnetic interference generation circuitry. During calibration, the parameters are adjusted until desired variation is detected, and which point the calibrated values are set and associated with that signal variation. This may be repeated for multiple calibration values and multiple settings. The ability to handle signals of different variances may then be accomplished.

  • Publication number: 20170089953
Abstract: The testing of a received data signal accessed from a device under test. Communication circuitry first generates an instruction that causes the device under to emit the data signal towards quality parameter contour generation circuitry. The contour generation circuitry is then configured to generate quality parameter (e.g., bit error ratio) contour of the data signal, which is then received at the contour generation circuitry. The generated contour map may then be evaluated to diagnose the performance of the device under test in emitting the data signal. For instance, each device under test may be evaluated after manufacture. The quality parameter contour generation circuitry may be embedded within an electronic device, such as a consumer electronic device. A diagnostic component within the electronic device is configured to use the quality parameter contour generated by the contour generation circuitry to self-test the device.

  • Patent number: 8794272
Abstract: A granular filler transfer device is provided for transferring granular fill material from a source container into a destination container. The device includes a tubular member having a first end portion flared outwardly approaching a first end of the tubular member and a second end portion flared outwardly approaching a second end of the tubular member. A first strap is removably coupled to the tubular member proximate the first end portion. The first strap is configured for securing around an opening of a source container holding a granular filler material. A second strap is removably coupled to the tubular member and positioned proximate the second end portion. The second strap is configured for securing around an aperture of a destination container.

  • Publication number: 20110239358
Abstract: A toilet seat and toilet seat handle assembly comprises a toilet seat which has an upper planar surface and a bottom planar surface. Two seat-apertures are situated in the bottom planar surface at a predetermined distance apart. A toilet seat handle is located on a right portion of the bottom planar surface so as to retain the upper planar surface in a smooth unobstructed state. The toilet seat handle comprises a flat support plate with two plate-apertures situated at a predetermined distance apart and an oblong grip. The flat support plate is situated underneath and adjacent the bottom planar surface of the toilet seat such that the two plate-apertures are oriented to align with the two seat-apertures. Fasteners may be threadingly inserted into the aligned two seat-apertures and two plate-apertures so that the flat support plate is affixed adjacently to the bottom planar surface of the toilet seat and the oblong grip extends outwardly coplanar with the toilet seat.
