A valve lever (38) extends from a second end (40) of the solid cylindrical section (32). A bushing (26, 28, 44, 46) matingly fits around the solid cylindrical section (32). A pair of guides (12, 42) fit over the bushing (26, 28, 44, 46) and attach to a cylinder head.
