    Abstract: An assembly for locking a handle to an implement head having convergent bores for mounting the handle. The assembly includes a handle mountable to one head bore with a transverse aperture located adjacent one end of the handle. A locking plug includes a locking pin. When the locking plug is mounted to the other head bore, the locking pin projects into the handle aperture, thereby locking the handle to the head. A flexible restraint may bridge the locking plug and handle.
