Abstract: A method of maintaining a wireless network. The method comprises receiving a first request associated with a cell site from a network management system (NMS) interface by an NMS application, wherein the first request identifies a first command that is a service affecting command type; based on the first request, invoking a first command by the NMS application on a real-time command engine that executes on a computer; receiving a second request associated with the cell site from the NMS interface, wherein the second request identifies a second command that is a service affecting command type; determining by the NMS application that the first command has not completed executing; and based on the determination that the first command has not completed executing, returning an error to the NMS user interface indicating that two service affecting commands cannot be executed on the same cell site at the same time.

Abstract: A method of maintaining a cell site. The method comprises accessing an inventory of radio access network (RAN) equipment by an application; analyzing properties of equipment at the cell site by the application; looking up a password associated with the cell site by the application; establishing a secure shell session to the cell site by the application based on the password; accessing current information about the equipment of a cell located at the cell site via the secure shell session by the application; and determining by the application that a connection of a communication link between a first equipment cabinet associated with the cell and located at the cell site and a second equipment cabinet associated with the cell and located at the cell site is loose.

Abstract: A method comprises determining, by an incident management application executing on a computer system, whether a location of a cell site indicated in an incident report is in a location area of a grid power outage, obtaining, by the incident management application, an estimated restoration time of the grid power outage at the cell site from a power monitoring system, storing, by the incident management application, the incident report at a data store to hold the incident report for a period of time based on the estimated restoration time, and after the period of time, executing, by the incident management application, a remediation action for the cell site according to a rule based on at least one of equipment data describing radio and power equipment at the cell site, priority data associated with the cell site, or power equipment availability data.

Abstract: A lighting device may include one or more light sources, a load control circuit configured to control an amount of power delivered to each of the one or more light sources, and a control circuit for controlling the load control circuit to control an intensity level and a color of the cumulative light emitted by the one or more light sources. The control circuit may be configured to generate a show. For example, the control circuit may be configured to receive, via the communication circuit, show information and auxiliary information from a computing device in one or more messages. The control circuit may be configured to store the show information and the auxiliary information in memory of the lighting device. The control circuit may be configured to receive, via the communication circuit, a command to execute a show in a message, and in response, generate the show.

Abstract: A method implemented by an incident reporting tool, comprising receiving, from an incident report database, an incident report associated with an incident; presenting, on a network operations center (NOC) dashboard, a status checklist allowing a NOC personnel to view status of one or more tasks associated with the incident report before the incident report autocloses, wherein the one or more tasks comprises one or more completed tasks and one or more uncompleted tasks based on the status; enabling the NOC personnel to take actions on the one or more uncompleted tasks to resolve the incident report; and dynamically updating the status checklist to view an updated status of the one or more tasks based on the actions taken by the NOC personnel.
