Abstract: Disclosed are a ring mobile device and an operation method thereof. The ring mobile device includes an action ring for being worn on a finger, a device body for being worn on a wrist, and connection line configured to connect the action ring and the device body. The action ring includes a finger action sensor for sensing an action of the finger so as to generate finger action data. The device body includes a support body and a control unit having a storage unit, an output unit, a power unit, a wrist action sensor configured to sense an action of the wrist and generates wrist action data, a processing unit configured to generate integrated action data and an integrated action mode based on the finger action data and the wrist action data, and a wireless communication unit configured to transmit the integrated action data and the integrated action mode.

Abstract: A speech enhancement device and a method for the same are included. The device includes a down-converter, a speech enhancement processor, and an up-converter. The method includes steps of down-converting audio signals to generate down-converted audio signals; performing speech enhancement on the down-converted audio signals to generate speech-enhanced audio signals; and up-converting the speech enhancement audio signals to generate up-converted audio signals.

Abstract: An operation method for a mobile information transmission system allows an information provider in a selected area to provide a first data to a user. The system includes a first RFID device and a first networking device controlled by the information provider, a second RFID device and a second networking device carried by the user, and a server linking to the first networking device and second networking device respectively. The user reads a first identification code of the first RFID device via the second RFID device, then uploads to the server via the web; next, the server transmits the first data provided by the information provider in a first web space to a second web space of the user for information exchange. Thus information broadcasting scale of the RFID can be expanded to improve information exchange between people.
