  • Patent number: 12418573
Abstract: A method for facilitating a timed video call comprising receiving a request from a host on a first user device to initiate a timed video call with one or more guests on one or more second user devices, the request including a configuration for a queue, wherein the queue determines an order and time for the one or more guests to speak during the timed video call, and streaming video and audio between the first user device and a given one of the one or more second user devices based on the queue, the streamed video and audio rendered on a call interface, the call interface comprising a timer ribbon including a host portion indicator corresponding to a first length of time, a guest portion indicator corresponding to a second length of time, and an indicator for a next one of the one or more guests on the queue.

  • Publication number: 20250184446
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for a timed one-on-one video conference call between a host and a guest, the video conference call presenting a shared conference call interface including a status bar defining a question portion and an answer portion, the computer-implemented method initiating a timer that defined a preset total time for the conference call and updating the status bar to progress through the question portion and the answer portion according to the timer, and a digital curtain that transitions across the shared conference call interface signaling the end of the video conference call when the timer reaches the preset total time.

  • Publication number: 20250131291
Abstract: A method to generate a list of recommended content modules for interactions between a robot computing device and a user includes receiving an instruction or command to create a list of recommended content modules for a robot computing device to engage with a user of the robot computing device; receiving a list of available content modules and associated identifiers (IDs), receiving a list of additional available content modules and associated identifiers (IDs); receiving one or more preference parameters, the one or more preference parameters include topic preference parameters, activity preference parameters, and skill preference parameters; receiving a list of completed content modules and associated identifiers (IDs) for the user that the user has engaged in with the robot computing device; and receiving module selection constraint parameters to identify limitations as to what content modules may be included in the list of recommended content modules.

  • Patent number: 12143751
Abstract: A method for facilitating a timed video call performed by a user account associated with a social media platform server designed to support communication among a defined group of users, the social media platform server being coupled to a communication network. The method includes receiving over the communication network a request from a host user on a first user device to initiate a timed video call with a guest user on a second user device, the timed video call having a predefined duration, the request including a typed command following a predetermined syntax. The method further includes parsing the typed command to identify the guest user and second user device and transmitting the request over the communication network to an application programming interface of a communication server. Transmission of the request causes the application programming interface to transmit over the communication network to the user account a first and second unique meeting link to participate in the timed video call.

  • Publication number: 20230274743
Abstract: Systems and methods for establishing multi-turn communications between a robot device and an individual are disclosed. Implementations may: receive one or more input text files associated with the individual's speech; filter the one or more input text files to verify the one or more input text files are not associated with prohibited subjects; analyze the one or more input text files to determine an intention on the individuals speech; perform actions based on the analyzed intention; generate one or more output text files based on the performed actions; communicate the created one or more output text files to the markup module; analyze the received one or more output text files for sentiment; based on sentiment analysis, associating an emotion indicator, and/or multimodal output actions with the one or more output text files; verify, by the prohibited speech filter, the one or more output text files do not include prohibited subjects.
