Publication number: 20240172882Abstract: A vibrational cup device is disclosed that prevents a drink from spilling as ice readjusts within. The vibrational cup device comprises a base component positioned on a bottom portion of a cup and sealed with O-rings. The base component is removable and comprises a rechargeable battery, a micro circuit board, a vibrational motor, a USB port with plug, and a motion sensor that tells the device when the cup is at a 45-to-60-degree angle. At these angles, the vibrational motor would engage for approximately 10 seconds to help break up the ice in the cup or to level out the ice to prevent the sudden release of ice cubes, thus spilling part of the drink.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 15, 2023Publication date: May 30, 2024Inventor: David Allison

Publication number: 20240175279Abstract: A pool skimmer is disclosed that comprises a base component comprised of a bar with a U-shaped net component secured to it. The net component measures two to three feet wide and is comprised of fine, stainless-steel microns. A flexible, telescopic handle is then secured to the base component. The base component is placed inside of the swimming pool and comprises a flotation system to allow the device to be positioned halfway above the water level. The U-shaped net allows a user to capture small bugs, leaves, or other unwanted debris within the swimming pool quickly and efficiently.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 19, 2023Publication date: May 30, 2024Inventor: David Allison

Publication number: 20240153063Abstract: A method, apparatus, system, and computer program product for detecting inconsistencies in an unconsolidated composite material. Fiber inconsistencies are detected in sections of the fibers input into a composite material manufacturing system in real time during operation of the composite material manufacturing system. Material inconsistencies are detected in the unconsolidated composite material in real time as the unconsolidated composite material is being manufactured by the composite material manufacturing system using the fibers. A determination is made as to whether the material inconsistencies are present in a number of the sections in which the fiber inconsistencies are detected in real time as the unconsolidated composite material is being manufactured by the composite material manufacturing system.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 18, 2024Publication date: May 9, 2024Inventors: David Williamson Shahan, Rashmi Sundareswara, Tiffany Allison Stewart, Russell Patrick Mott, Andrew L.
