  • Publication number: 20240194323
Abstract: A display system for a computer aided lung cancer diagnosis system is described. The system comprises: a user interface which comprises: a patient information display wherein the patient information comprises one or more of: patient name, patient age, patient sex, smoking history, disease history, and current patient status; an image display for displaying at least one of a selected plurality of medical images acquired at different times and an associated image report; and a patient timeline display for providing a visual display of patient events over a set time period; and a proxy data store to store the selected plurality of medical images, wherein the selected plurality of medical images are provided from an external archive and are pre-selected to comprise one or more relevant archive images, and exclude irrelevant archive images.

  • Publication number: 20190093719
Abstract: The invention provides a method of increasing the ventilation in a ventilated disc brake comprising a friction ring 2 and a bell mount 12 defining an internal cavity, by fastening in the cavity an axially inner ventilating structure 200 separate of the friction ring 2 which has vanes 208a, 208b defining channels 209a, 209b aligned with those of the disc brake. The ventilating structure 200 can have a thinner cross section, a lower density, and/or a lower thermal conductivity, than the friction ring 2. The mount additionally or alternatively includes a ventilator comprising vanes 328a, 328b defining channels 329a, 329b arranged to blow air outwardly from the interior of the cavity in a radial direction towards the caliper 4.

  • Patent number: 5767364
Abstract: A sequence encoding an enzyme having a xyloglucan-specific endo-(1-4)-beta-D-glucanase activity, and functional equivalents thereof, is disclosed. Also disclosed are vectors comprising such sequences, and transgenic plants into which such sequences have been introduced, a method of altering the characteristics of a plant, and a method of producing an enzyme having the activity defined above by means of recombinant DNA technology.
