  • Publication number: 20200195297
Abstract: In a transmit method, a set of data eigenvectors that are based on a Prometheus Orthonormal Set (PONS) code construction and orthogonal to each other are stored, wherein the data eigenvectors are mapped to unique multi-bit words. A pilot sequence representing a pilot eigenvector that is based on the PONS code construction and orthogonal to each of the data eigenvectors is generated. Input data are grouped into multi-bit words and data eigenvectors among the data eigenvectors are selected based on the multi-bit words. A spread data sequence including the selected data eigenvectors and that is synchronized to the pilot sequence is generated. An acoustic signal including the synchronized pilot sequence and the spread data sequence is generated. The acoustic signal is transmitted.

A pilot sequence representing a pilot eigenvector that is based on the PONS code construction and orthogonal to each of the data eigenvectors is generated. Input data is grouped into multi-bit words and ones of the data eigenvectors mapped to the multi-bit words are selected. A spread data sequence including the selected ones of the data eigenvectors and that is synchronized to the pilot sequence is generated. An acoustic signal including the synchronized pilot sequence and the spread data sequence is generated. The acoustic signal is transmitted.

  • Publication number: 20160239806
Abstract: A system for matching a job seeker with an employer. The system includes a first mobile device and second mobile device. Each device may include a location detection module, a user interface, a network connection module, a processor and a data storage medium that includes executable instructions and system data. The executable instructions are structured to direct the processor to present interactive screens on the user interface. Through the navigation of such screens, a job seeker can identify job posts of interest, apply for jobs, schedule interviews, and request recommendations from referral sources.

  • Patent number: 8043449
Abstract: An apparatus for adhering coupons together for adhesive shear testing may include a first member, a second member, at least one alignment device, and at least one separation device. The first member may have at least one first member cavity for holding at least one first member coupon. The second member may have at least one second member cavity for holding an overlapping area of at least one second member coupon adjacent to and separate from the at least one first member coupon. The overlapping area of the at least one second member coupon may be adhered to the at least one first member coupon. The at least one alignment device may control a size of the overlapping area. The at least one separation device may control a separation distance between the overlapping area of the at least one second member coupon and the at least one first member coupon.
