The blade interfaces are in electrical communication with each other. A server blade is removeably connectable to one of the plurality of blade interfaces on the midplane. The server blade has a server blade system management bus in electrical communication with the system management bus of the midplane, and a network interface to connect to a network. A media blade is removeably connectable to one of the plurality of blade interfaces on the midplane, and the media blade has at least one storage medium device.

Abstract: A method and system for providing cross-carrier contact information for mobile users of mobile communication devices and other mobile communication devices provides a single registry of user profiles, wherein each user profile is established and maintained by a user so that each user may control how and by whom they are contacted. The registry of user profiles may be accessed with a client software application on a calling party's mobile communication device. The calling party may transmit a look-up request to the registry over a data channel. The registry receives the look-up request and locates a user profile that matches the look-up request and provides the user profile to the calling mobile communication device. The user profile does not display the mobile communication device number for the called mobile communication device.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, a server in the chassis is automatically elected as a managing server or active server to host system management. The active server runs service for all servers operating in the chassis. Upon failure of the managing server, such as when not meeting a certain predetermined criteria, another server is reelected as active server to replace the previous active server to continue with the nonstop management of the chassis and remaining servers.
