Abstract: Arrangements relate to the grouping electronic messages by a messaging client. A plurality of electronic messages to a message recipient from a sender electronic messaging system can be received. Each of the electronic messages can include a container specification, which can include an identifier assigned by the sender electronic messaging system. The identifiers of the received electronic messages can be compared. A plurality of the received electronic messages having the same identifier can be grouped. The grouped electronic messages can be presented as a single electronic message to the message recipient.

Abstract: A processor for video coding receives a full-frame rate (FFR) HDR video signal and a corresponding FFR SDR video signal. An encoder generates a scalable bitstream that allows decoders to generate half-frame-rate (HFR) SDR, FFR SDR, HFR HDR, or FFR HDR signals. Given odd and even frames of the input FFR SDR signal, the scalable bitstream combines a base layer of coded even SDR frames with an enhancement layer of coded packed frames, where each packed frame includes a downscaled odd SDR frame, a downscaled even HDR residual frame, and a downscaled odd HDR residual frame. In an alternative implementation, the scalable bitstream combines four signals layers: a base layer of even SDR frames, an enhancement layer of odd SDR frames, a base layer of even HDR residual frames and an enhancement layer of odd HDR residual frames. Corresponding decoder architectures are also presented.

Abstract: A user interface (UI) may be provided that allows a user to connect a first identity in a first social community to another identity in another social community by allowing the user to specify the first identity and another identity. Responsive to a user utilizing the UI, the user may be presented with an option to identify connections in the first social community according to a criteria with members associated with another identity in said another social community. A list of identified connections may be presented.

Abstract: A method, system and computer program product for controlling which users from an organization are to be part of a community space. A community collaboration mechanism provides a list of organizations authorized to collaborate with the organization of the user. The mechanism then receives from the user a selection of organizations from this list of organizations. Upon receiving indication(s) (e.g., e-mail addresses) of users to be added to the community space, the mechanism provides a list of users who are members of the user selected organizations to engage in a collaborative activity with the user based on these indication(s). The mechanism then receives a selection of users from this list of users and adds those users to the community space. In this manner, the user can control which users from an organization are to be part of a community space in an easy and error-free manner.

Abstract: A computer implemented method of developing computer applications, the method comprising providing to multiple users access, over a network, to information on a data center, with a subgroup of the users having access to a sub-portion of the information that is different from the sub-portion accessible by the remaining tenants of the subgroup; and communicating with the data center over the network employing a computer system associated with a user of the sub-group to establish application functionality with the sub-portion that may be accessed, over the network, by additional parties authorized by the user. Also disclosed is a machine-readable medium and a data center, both of which facilitate carrying-out the steps of the method.

Abstract: A system for social bookmarking of a resource provided through a Web application that doesn't follow the representational state transfer architectural style (REST). When processing a request for a social bookmarking operation, the system searches for a URL and potentially other resource information within the document object model of a currently loaded Web page. If such resource information is found, it is used to process the requested social bookmarking operation. Otherwise, if such resource information is not found in the document object model, the system uses the URL stored in the location bar of the Web browser to process the requested social bookmarking operation. The system includes semantic information in the DOM of a Web page that is used to identify subsets of content within the Web page that can be socially bookmarked. The semantic information may be stored in what is generally referred to as “microformatting”.

Abstract: In accordance with embodiments, there are provided mechanisms and methods for creating, exporting, viewing and testing, and importing custom applications in a multitenant database environment. These mechanisms and methods can enable embodiments to provide a vehicle for sharing applications across organizational boundaries. The ability to share applications across organizational boundaries can enable tenants in a multi-tenant database system, for example, to easily and efficiently import and export, and thus share, applications with other tenants in the multi-tenant environment.

Abstract: A method, system and computer program product for allowing a user to view network contacts of other users when visiting an environment of a different organization. A visitor requests to view a profile of a user while the visitor is visiting the environment or tenant space of a different organization. The organization of the visitor is obtained. Furthermore, the organization and network contacts of the user whose profile is requested to be viewed are obtained in response to validating the visitor's organization. The requested profile is then displayed to the visitor containing the accessible network contacts (if any) of the user based on whether the user and the visitor belong to the same organization.

An object associated with the user's home organization, objects associated with the outside organizations where the user has visitor status as well as indications (e.g., star) associated with those outside organizations that have content to be shared with the user are displayed on the user interface of the user's computing device. In this manner, the user will be able to collaborate with an outside organization that has content to be shared in response to selecting the object associated with the outside organization.

Abstract: A method, system and computer program product for performing a search from another individual's social perspective. A name or a portion of a name of an individual known by the user is received. A directory search is then performed pertaining to the individual known by the user. After the user identifies the known individual from the directory search results, a selection to perform a directory, content or document search from the known individual's social perspective is received. Such a search may be performed based on the social network of the known individual. In this manner, by performing such searches from the social perspective of the known individual, such as the individual who disclosed the name of the individual who the user would like to contact, the user will be more likely to identify the correct individual, content or document in a more efficient manner.
