The siloxane-based pressure sensitive adhesive includes a siloxane-(meth)acrylate co-polymer. The thickness of the siloxane-based pressure sensitive adhesive layer is less than the thickness of the first adhesive layer.

The vanadium oxide may be incorporated into or onto the tape from an aqueous dispersion.
