Patent number: 11611200Abstract: Pulling eyes are provided with integrated wiring systems suitable for installing conductors or cables. The pulling eyes may include body portions that define interior cavities that are sized to snugly engage outside portions of the conductors or cables. The body portions are sized to be deformably crimped onto the outside portions of the conductors or cables. The pulling eyes may also include head portions joined to the body portions, with the head portions defining apertures for receiving a strength member for installing the conductors or cables. These apertures place the interior cavities in communication with the exteriors of the pulling eyes.Type: GrantFiled: July 16, 2021Date of Patent: March 21, 2023Assignee: Southwire Company, LLCInventors: John R. Patent number: 10688502Abstract: A two-vector centrifuge rotates on a central axis, while each centrifuge drum also rotates on the drum's own axis. The inside of each drum has flighting or threads to direct and force material to the bottom of the drum as the two-vector centrifuge rotates. Perforations in the top part of the drum allow liquids to be expelled from the drum, while dried, solid material is ejected though a gap in the bottom of the drum. A pair of troughs keep the ejected liquid fraction separate from the ejected solid fraction, and each fraction is removed from the centrifuge while the centrifuge is operating, allowing the centrifuge to run for extended periods without needing to be cleaned or have accumulated material removed.Type: GrantFiled: August 17, 2018Date of Patent: June 23, 2020Inventors: David A Cooper, Doron E Cooper, David N Cooper, Diesha L Cooper

Patent number: 10158416Abstract: An unattended apparatus and method for isolating and relaying secure communications under adverse circumstances without awareness of encryption keys uses known and/or inferred characteristics of received transmissions to identify, isolate, and retransmit only friendly communications without decryption or re-encryption, and in embodiments also without awareness of applicable TRANSEC algorithms and keys. A channelizer digitizes energy received within a bandwidth of interest, which is then analyzed to detect chip timing, identify and demodulate pulses, and assemble secure messages for retransmission. In embodiments, the retransmissions use the original frequencies and TRANSEC parameters, and/or otherwise adhere to applicable TRANSEC and MSEC constraints so that the relayed messages are accepted by intended recipients. Embodiments provide interoperability with existing secure communications such as Link 16 and CDL.Type: GrantFiled: November 30, 2017Date of Patent: December 18, 2018Assignee: BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc.Inventors: David A Cooper, John H Chongoushian, Bruce M Eteson, Jeffrey P Pincus, John A Tranquilli, Jr.
