  • Patent number: 11928392
Abstract: Examples can include a system for generating a spool sheet. A user can select multiple components on a graphical user interface (“GUI”). Then they can select an option to create a spool sheet. The system can determine a list of components in the selection for use in a bill of materials. This can be included in a spool page that includes a printable spool sheet region. Within the spool sheet region, the GUI can display a view of the selected components at a location indicated by an anchor node of the template.

  • Patent number: 11918906
Abstract: Embodiments are directed towards providing video game gameplay incorporating falling puzzle mechanics influenced by character movements within a puzzle space. In a preferred embodiment, a computer implemented method renders a game world that includes a puzzle space wherein a sequence of falling items aggregate in a puzzle formation. Players move characters within the puzzle space to remove items by colliding with them in an attempt to resolve the puzzle by clearing all items from the puzzle space. In one possible arrangement, the sequence of falling items is released according to character movements within the puzzle space. The relationship between character movements and falling puzzle items makes the game play more engaging by providing additional strategic and competitive elements to traditional falling puzzle games.

  • Patent number: 11529468
Abstract: Syringes which are suitable for dispensing and injecting medical foams for sclerotherapy are described and claimed. The syringes of the invention comprise a syringe barrel having a nozzle and a bore to receive a syringe plunger; a syringe plunger defined by a front end and a rear end connected by a tubular walls and having an internal hollow duct between the front end and the rear end, and through which foam can flow; and an injectate chamber formed by insertion of the front end of the plunger into the barrel. The syringes comprise a flow-disruptor arranged to modify the flow of foam as it enters the injectate chamber. In certain embodiments the syringes comprise waste chambers which capture and retain poor quality foam. The syringes are particularly useful for dispensing foams made with little or no nitrogen content and are configured to reduce the risk of air contamination during dispensing the foam.

  • Patent number: 10400444
Abstract: A sealed attic insulating and roof ventilating system includes a plenum formed in part by a barrier material attached to adjacent pairs of rafters and having a radiant or reflective upper surface and a corrugated lower surface to which an insulation material may be secured. This arrangement creates an uninterrupted air chamber or ventilation plenum between the barrier material, the adjacent rafters, and the roof decking through which exterior air can circulate unimpeded from the lower vents to the upper vents of the roof. The circulation through the ventilation plenum prevents moisture from accumulating or condensing under the roof decking and warping the roof decking, which ultimately leads to deterioration of the roof decking and failure of the roof covering, and eliminates ice damming on the top surface of the roof covering.

  • Patent number: 10106978
Abstract: A barrier material has an upper, radiant barrier layer and a lower, corrugated surface layer. The radiant barrier layer is preferably a metalized film or an aluminum sheet with an emissivity rating 0.1 or less. The metalized film is laminated to one side of a middle layer using a high, heat-resistant adhesive. The corrugated surface layer, which can receive an insulating material, is preferably a corrugated medium. The corrugated medium is laminated to the other side of the middle layer with a water-resistant adhesive. The middle layer is preferably a fire-resistant, kraft linerboard. The barrier creates an air space or plenum between an external structure and the insulating material designed to prevent heat transfer between an insulated space and the external structure.

  • Patent number: 7999726
Abstract: A system for estimating an antenna boresight direction. The novel system includes a first circuit for receiving a Doppler measurement and a line-of-sight direction measurement corresponding with the Doppler measurement, and a processor adapted to search for an estimated boresight direction that minimizes a Doppler error between the Doppler measurement and a calculated Doppler calculated from the estimated boresight direction and the line-of-sight direction measurement. The line-of-sight direction measurement is measured relative to the true antenna boresight, and the calculated Doppler is the Doppler calculated for a direction found by applying the line-of-sight direction measurement to the estimated boresight direction. In a preferred embodiment, the first circuit receives a Doppler measurement and a line-of-sight direction measurement from each of a plurality of pixels, and the processor searches for an estimated boresight direction that minimizes a sum of squares of Doppler errors for each of the pixels.

  • Patent number: 6614012
Abstract: A precision-guided hypersonic projectile weapon system. The inventive system includes a first subsystem for determining a target location and providing data with respect thereto. A second subsystem calculates trajectory to the target based on the data. The projectile is then launched and guided in flight along the trajectory to the target. In the illustrative application, the projectile is a tungsten rod and the first subsystem includes a forward-looking infrared imaging system and a laser range finder. The second subsystem includes a fire control system. The fire control system includes an optional inertial measurement unit and predicts target location. The projectile is mounted in a missile launched from a platform such as a vehicle. After an initial burn, the missile launches the projectile while in flight to the target. The missile is implemented with a rocket with a guidance system and a propulsion system.

  • Patent number: 6608584
Abstract: A method and bistatic synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imaging system generate an image of a target area without knowledge of the position or velocity of the illuminator. The system includes an illuminator to illuminate a target area with a null-monopulse radiation pattern interleaved with a sum radiation pattern. The illuminator adjusts the phase terms of the sum radiation pattern to maintain a static electromagnetic field pattern at the target area. A receiver receives the radiation patterns reflected from the target area and generates phase compensation terms by correlating a measured electromagnetic vector field with the known static electromagnetic vector field. The phase compensation terms are used to generate an image of the target area.
