Publication number: 20240135558Abstract: Z maps combined with a standardized stimulus in the form of a targeted arterial partial pressures of carbon dioxide provide suprisingly enhanced images for the assessment of pathological CVR. For example, the z-map assessment of patients with known steno-occlusive diseases of the cervico-cerebral vasculature showed an enhanced resolution of the presence, localization, and severity of the pathological CVR. Z-map have been found to be useful to reduce the confounding effects of test-to-test, subject-to-subject, and platform-to-platform variability for comparison of CVR images showing the importance of combining this analysis with the standardized stimulus.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 15, 2023Publication date: April 25, 2024Inventors: Joseph FISHER, Olivia SOBCZYK, Adrian P. Publication number: 20240100777Abstract: A light polymerizable composition for use in the additive manufacturing of medical devices may include a first photo-initiator and a second photo-initiator. The first photo-initiator activates to initiate curing of the composition when exposed to light of a first wavelength in an additive manufacturing device and the second photo-initiator limits the transmission of the light of the first wavelength that activates the first photo-initiator in the additive manufacturing device. The second photo-initiator is activated to further cure the composition when exposed to a light of a second wavelength different from the first wavelength by activating the second photo-initiator to produce free radicals at a higher rate when exposed to the light of the second wavelength than when exposed to the light of the first wavelength.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 27, 2023Publication date: March 28, 2024Inventors: H. Publication number: 20240095982Abstract: A visual lens system is described that identifies, automatically and without user intervention, digital tool parameters for achieving a visual appearance of an image region in raster image data. To do so, the visual lens system processes raster image data using a tool region detection network trained to output a mask indicating whether the digital tool is useable to achieve a visual appearance of each pixel in the raster image data. The mask is then processed by a tool parameter estimation network trained to generate a probability distribution indicating an estimation of discrete parameter configurations applicable to the digital tool to achieve the visual appearance. The visual lens system generates an image tool description for the parameter configuration and incorporates the image tool description into an interactive image for the raster image data. The image tool description enables transfer of the digital tool parameter configuration to different image data.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 16, 2023Publication date: March 21, 2024Applicant: Adobe Inc.Inventors: Matthew David Fisher, Vineet Batra, Mrinalini Sardar, Ankit Phogat

Patent number: 11914549Abstract: A cloud-native global file system used to provide primary file storage for enterprise data is augmented to provide “direct-to-cloud” (D2C) migration of an initial data set. In addition to providing a filer, the service provider configures a direct-to-cloud migration tool, typically as a downloadable virtual machine (VM), that is executed in association with the hardware of the enterprise filesystem whose data set is being migrated. The migration tool reads the existing filesystem, transforms the data into a format consistent with that done by a filer, and pushes the result (a single version) directly to an object store in the cloud. In a first pass (run), typically a large bulk of the data is moved and, depending on how the migration tool is configured, one or more additional passes may then be carried out. When migration is complete (or substantially complete), the filer then is activated to complete the migration (if need be) and take over the go-forward operations.Type: GrantFiled: July 26, 2022Date of Patent: February 27, 2024Assignee: Nasuni CorporationInventors: David M.
